The fall had started, and the temperatures were getting cooler in the evening, but the day was still very warm. Karl and Okake were planting potatoes with Bunny pulling the plow.
“Do you ever want to find your people?” asked Karl.
Okake thought about it for a time. “Yes and No. My tribe was completely wiped out when I was caught. So, I have no family to speak of, but I wonder what’s happened to the Orcs as a whole from time to time. I like it here though. I can’t imagine anything different.”
While Karl and Okake worked in the field he thought pleasantly about the morning. When they were harnessing Bunny and setting up the disker Okake came up behind him to hug and slowly kissed his neck. Her hands slid down his stomach and across his pelvis. She deftly untied his breeches and wrapped her hand around his rapidly expanding penis.
“Is this all you think about?” he asked breathlessly.
“Yes. Yes it is.”
She freed his cock from the breeches and started guiding her hand up and down the shaft. His knees slightly buckled under the pleasure. She grabbed him across the waist to take up pressure and continued to increase the pace only stopping briefly to spit in her hand. Karl’s head lolled back on her shoulder while she shuddered in pleasure. It seems like only a minute to when he finally started groaning and climaxed. A fat thread of semen shot forth into the stable followed by droplets and another partial thread.
Okake idly stroked and partially squeezed his penis to watch his body adjust to the post climax period. Karl turned and kissed her on the lips and the neck. When she did these things, it made him want to drive his hard cock into her, but he understood that she could only go as far as her mind would let her.
After a while he pulled his breeches up and smiled. “I guess we better get to work”.
Across the field Karl noticed four figures walk down from the lane. They continued directly across his field disturbing the carefully planned rows without even bothering to lift their feet. Okake saw Karl’s intense focus and stiffened when she saw them. Recognition was immediate and their smell preceded them by a long stretch. Their clothes were as ragged as she recalled, and the accumulation of filth made their skin look darker than it was. She felt like she was going to retch.
Karl checked his short sword. The wakizashi used by his people firm against his back with the hilt facing down. He had chosen this position long ago because it favored deception, but it was also out of the way. He deftly moved the shafts from Bunny’s flanks leaving the collar on and slightly pointed Bunny in the direction of the men.
“Can I help you fellas?” started Karl. Knowing in his gut that this was going to end in violence. He took a look at Okake out of the corner of his eye. She stood frozen and her eyes dulled, still holding rocks that she had picked up a moment ago. He was not counting her out in a fracas, but she didn’t look good. He assumed the shock was settling in again.
“We came back here to claim our property. We heard in the village that a man had taken up with an Orc as his wife. We figured that was you and our property and we were right. Although I don’t barely recognize it.” The other two shuffled and squinted at her. As if to reconcile the differences in the thing that they had last seen versus the filled-out creature in front of them.
“My boys are starting to get a little testy and we need some relief, so we’ll be taking it back directly.”
Karl felt so much anger welling he wasn’t sure he could talk. “If you will recall I laid down coin for her, so you don’t have any recourse here.”
“There wasn’t anyone there as a witness, but I’m not here to debate. We’ll take our property and go now unless you feel like you need to fertilize this field with your bones.” This was punctuated by a loud spit from one of the others.
“Bunny! Knecht!” shouted Karl.
Bunny bounced his rear legs in the air and fired both of them behind him. At the moment of connection with the first man, Karl drew as fast as he could on the closest to him, slicing through the wrist of the drawing sword, while Okake threw one of her rocks directly into the third man’s face as he fumbled with drawing his sword.
The first man had left the ground with Bunny’s kick and slammed into the second man, moving them both a good ten feet. After Karl completed his stroke, he was already turning to the two downed men to determine if he would have to immediately take action, but all were down or incapacitated. While he took that microsecond to evaluate the field Okake took her second rock and smashed it into the third man’s ear. He was still holding his stump of a wrist and looking dumbly when the rock connected and dropped him like a felled tree.
Karl looked at Okake, “you okay?”. She nodded, wiping a rapidly forming sweat from her face. They both glanced over to the first two men. The first had a crushed chest and was struggling to breath, but the second had gotten to his feet and struggled to run away. He made it three rows before Karl noticed that Okake was winding up.
Okake’s rage, fear and barely managed trauma had frozen her for a moment, but that broke the moment Karl commanded Bunny to kick. The adrenaline shattered that broken time in her and she was in the moment now instead of fighting off the darkness in her mind. She saw the two men fly back as Karl sliced through the third’s wrist while she was pulling her hand back to throw as hard as she could.
Her perceptions had slowed down by half at that point, and she could see the rock leave her hand and move between the intervening space and make connection directly between the man’s eyes. As he slowly crumbled she turned to the other man clutching his wrist and slammed her second rock into his ear. As his eyes rolled up and started falling.
